THE CASE STUDY
The proposed solution was the creation of a Digital Twin of the paper document. Starting from a jpg or png image, we were able to geolocalize and digitize the elements present thanks to the analysis of the colors, which allow the recognition of the elements present on the map (pipe or cable).
Algorithms have been used Vision Analysis together with the Process Mapping activity and Geomapping. The customer was able to use the digital data directly from our software 3EYE and geolocate the elements of interest, facilitating maintenance and monitoring interventions.
