GISFO SERVICES
PLANNING
With Gisfo®, through dedicated tools, it is possible to plan and manage not only the design and construction activities, but also all those Interactive construction site operation. The timetable is a centralized tool for communicating the progress of the workflow. The manager uses this method to make official requests for extension, suspension and resumption of construction site activities. The Journal of Works, or GDL, is a tool used by Gisfo® customers to create daily reports and business intelligence. It represents a comparison table between workers in the field and the works management, the latter able to confirm or refute the daily declarations of the construction companies.
HUMAN
Gisfo® allows you to design all the network components on a digital map, respecting the regulations in force. In the case of FTTH networks, the network design can vary from the design of the visible infrastructures (including excavations, wells, poles, pipes, etc.), of the optics inherent to the infrastructure, up to the semi-automatic design of the junctions of the optical fiber itself, in order to optimize the quality of the connections brought to homes.
BUDGET
In Gisfo®, dynamic management of technical specifications is allowed in a highly configurable way.
The CMT (Total Metric Computo Metrice) tool allows for the calculation of costs both for the design phase and for the subsequent construction of the network, based on the technical specifications provided by each customer, for a complete construction management.
The report is exported and made available based on process needs and can be easily integrated with third-party software for fast and functional data exchange.
CONSTRUCTION
Construction refers to the realization of the project: following the design phase, the company that creates the system can visualize and monitor the project. The latter can be updated and modified at any time and remains available to everyone: the workers, the end customer, the construction management and all the people who follow the project in the field. The map (the GIS software) provides extremely detailed information about the project: photos, notes, authorization practices, construction details, joints, etc. All formats of these files are exportable and importable. The synchronization of updates ensures build automation with greater control in the variation of costs and permits, and a simplification of the construction site reporting operations.
INVENTORY
In Gisfo® it is possible to use the Inventory tool created for asset management. In the specific case of Gisfo® it is possible to consult all the elements that make up the network, verify any faults or anomalies and proceed with new connections. The system, in which all the assets are historicized, allows the management of the documentation and is automatically synchronized in the presence of changes and updates (e.g. new section of the infrastructure).
ORDER MANAGER
Order Manager is a customization of the AWM that manages work orders. The most common types are: activation and deactivation of lines, management of support and reminders or maintenance requests. OLO Gateway has been implemented within it, a service specifically developed to allow machine-to-machine communication between OLO and Order Manager. All OLOs that follow this specification are able to communicate with our software. The Gateway therefore allows the activation or termination of contracts with operators, effectively facilitating communication between the reseller and the end customer through correspondence between real estate units covered by the line. The software is in fact integrated with Gisfo® and through the data exchange with it it has the awareness of the occupied and free fibres, allowing the association of one or more of these to a single contract based on the type of request
AWM
Advance Workflow Management, or AWM, is software that allows you to manage, in addition to work orders, the impact that processes have on the workforce.
Its interface is Kanban type and it manages the workflow through activity ticketing. Unlike the main workflow management software, AWM can be fully integrated with all Eagleprojects business systems or with external systems, customizing it according to your needs.
