ADVANCED ROBOTICS

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT FOR COOPERATIVE ROBOT MANAGEMENT

The automation of constant and repetitive processes is crucial for industries that strive for production efficiency. Anthropomorphic robots can be introduced into these environments to improve industrial automation and optimize output.

Bringing a robot into a workspace makes production faster and of higher quality, by carrying out the constant and repetitive tasks that the operator normally performs in less time.

ADVANCED ROBOTIC SOLUTIONS SUPPORT THE AUTOMATION OF REPETITIVE AND MECHANICAL PROCESSES.

Eagleprojects uses cooperative robots, called cobots, for which it develops advanced robotics software. Among the various existing robots, Eagleprojects uses robotic arms that simulate human operations within the work environment and perform all the repetitive and mechanical actions necessary to facilitate the automation process. The client can choose between different types of cobot according to the work they have to perform.

Robotic dogs support humans in the design and maintenance of networks, as well as in acquiring data from inaccessible locations.

They map challenging areas and capture photos, videos, or point clouds to gather detailed information. These robotic dogs simplify network design and planning, identify risks by cataloging data at construction sites. To prepare them for each specific task, proper preliminary programming by our experienced advanced robotics programmers is crucial.

Robotic dogs represent a dynamic and versatile resource for tackling complex challenges and optimizing workflow.

Robotic arms, on the other hand, are highly sophisticated mechanical devices that, thanks to their precision and strength, allow for a wide range of tasks that would otherwise be performed manually.

Equipped with advanced sensors and a high degree of programmability, they can perform complex and repetitive movements with extreme precision, reducing errors and increasing operational efficiency. Moreover, they carry out inspections and maintenance work when installed in hazardous or hard-to-reach environments.

THE CASE STUDY

In cases of spatial mapping, obstacles may be present that prevent the sensors from fully capturing images. In these cases, human intervention becomes mandatory but is not always accurate.

The solution proposed by Eagleprojects is to use robotic dogs capable of collaborating with humans.

These cobots, equipped with Lidar, make it possible to integrate missing data by bypassing the obstacle present.

The robot dog also can even navigate uneven surfaces, which are difficult for humans to negotiate, without losing data quality thanks to its stabilization system.
