CERTIFICATIONS
EAGLEPROJECTS S.p.A. is aware that the achievement of the objectives it intends to pursue passes through an overall and tangible improvement of the entire organisation, and that the most suitable means is to avail itself of various Management Systems that enable it to operate in compliance with the Standards mentioned below.
Company Management Systems apply to:
- Design of optical networks and civil works;
- Supervision of works for optical network and civil engineering works;
- Research, study, production and development of software for the design of optical networks and civil works.
Through the implementation of its Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Safety (IMS), Eagleprojects aims to optimize and continuously improve the management of internal and external processes, customer and supplier management, and to systematically verify and promote the ongoing reduction of the environmental impacts of its activities. This includes ensuring the continuous improvement of environmental performance and health and safety for its employees, in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
For the prevention of illegal activities and the management of anonymous reporting of such activities (whistleblowing), Eagleprojects has established an Anti-Corruption Management System (ACMS) in accordance with ISO 37001 and an Organizational, Management, and Control Model 231 (OMCM 231), pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Eagleprojects aims to enhance and protect all personnel falling within its sphere of control and influence, improve the conditions of its personnel, and promote ethical and fair treatment for workers, including international conventions on human rights. This is achieved through the adoption of a Social Responsibility Management System (SRMS) in accordance with the SA 8000 standard.
For Eagleprojects, the primary objective of information security is the protection of data, information, and technological infrastructure (physical, logical, and organizational). The company is responsible for their management, also through the use of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001 standard, concerning research, study, production, and development of software for the design of optical networks and civil works.
Believing in a culture founded on respect and the appreciation of gender, age, origin, social status, religious beliefs, political ideas, psychophysical abilities, identity, and sexual orientation diversity, Eagleprojects has implemented a Gender Equality Management System (GEMS) in accordance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Reference Standard.
