INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 14 OF EUROPEAN REGULATION 679/2016

For technological surveys

Pursuant to art. 14 of the European Regulation (EU) 2016/79 (hereinafter GDPR), and in relation to the personal data that Eagleprojects will have access to in the activity of surveying and designing infrastructures, we communicate the following:

Data Controller and Data Protection Officer (DPO): The Data Controller is Eagleprojects SpA., whose operational headquarters are located in Strada San Galigano 12, Perugia. The Data Controller can be contacted by certified email eagleprojects@pec.it or by registered letter with return receipt to Strada San Galigano 12, Perugia. To contact the company DPO, you can send an email to privacy@eagleprojects.it or a registered letter to the address of the operational headquarters indicated above.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing: The processing is aimed at the correct and complete execution of the professional assignment received from Eagleprojects, consisting in the design of infrastructures for the construction of infrastructures, within which the survey activity is necessary using equipment such as laser scanners and/or drones with 360° cameras. Eagleprojects SpA. processes personal data lawfully, when this is essential for the pursuit of its legitimate interests, ex. Art. 6, c.1, lett. f), where the processing is necessary for the execution of the indicated activity; is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the same.

Type of data, minimization and storage: The data that Eagleprojects will come into possession of are the images detected by the Laserscanner surveying tools and/or drones. The images will be collected by a telelaser device, positioned above the Eagleprojects vehicles or by the cameras that the drones are equipped with during flight. The owner's interest is the topographic surveys of the surrounding environment consisting not of images but of processable point clouds. If faces of people, license plate numbers, house numbers or any data that could allow the identification of the interested party are recorded, they will be obscured using an algorithm designed for this purpose. The data will therefore be stored, in an unobscured format, only for the time necessary for their obscuration; the data will be processed for the purposes indicated above and, subsequently, delivered to the Client. Subsequently, they will be archived at the headquarters of the Data Controller only in an anonymized version. Eagleprojects will not publish the images detected on any website, except those that do not contain information that can be traced back to the interested parties.

Communication of data: The data collected will be processed by the Owner, by his authorized collaborators, and subsequently transmitted to the Client; in the event of an explicit request by the judicial or administrative authorities, they will be communicated to them for the fulfillment of legal obligations.

Profiling and Dissemination of Data: The data collected are not subject to dissemination or to any fully automated decision-making process, nor are they processed for profiling purposes.

Rights of interested parties: The interested parties are recognized the following rights: 1) To ask the Data Controller for access to their personal data and information relating to them, specifying the date and time of the survey; the correction of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete data; the deletion of personal data concerning them; 2) To request from Eagleprojects the personal data concerning them in a structured and machine-readable format, also for the purpose of communicating the data to another Data Controller (so-called right to portability of personal data); 3) To object at any time to the processing of their personal data; 4) To revoke consent at any time, limited to the cases in which the processing is based on their consent for one or more specific purposes and concerns common personal data, or particular categories of data. The processing based on consent and carried out prior to its revocation, in any case, retains its lawfulness; 5) Submit a complaint to a supervisory authority (Privacy Authority www.garanteprivacy.it).
