SOLUTION MANAGER
A leading telecommunications company is seeking to expand its Solution Management commercial sector. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve goals, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
The selected candidate will be tasked with working in synergy with the sales team to identify and propose solutions that meet customer needs, providing support in creating proposals and technical demonstrations. They will be responsible for detecting upselling and cross-selling opportunities, as well as developing and strengthening customer relationships to proactively seek new sales opportunities. This role involves presenting solutions to customers and coordinating the creation of contract documentation related to technical aspects. It requires excellent collaboration skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a proactive approach to sales.
